Our hair is hand selected by our Principal Stylist and is the highest grade of genuine human hair. Our particular grade of Remy hair is the preferred choice among professionals. This attention to detail ensures that our hair extensions are soft, lightweight and provides unlimited shades of color for you to choose from.
WHAT DOES REMY HUMAN HAIR MEAN? Remy hair is considered to be the finest quality of human hair because the hair remains soft, vibrant and withstands daily shampooing, the use of styling tools and products. The cuticle is smoothed with a specialized treatment and remains intact, unlike in most other non-Remy hair extensions. The treatment process for a lower grade product does not shield the outer layer, and without that essential extra step, the cuticle deteriorates. Ultimately leaving the cortex compromised and its outer layer frayed and stripped. If you have had experience with extensions or wigs where the hair easily tangled and difficult to maintain, then it was most likely a lower grade of hair. With preserving the hair's cuticle it sets the foundation for a natural, lightweight installation and your stylist the ability to customize your color to achieve beautiful results. We’ve set our bar high so you can look good and feel great. That’s why we pre-wash and triple quality inspect each and every item that leaves our warehouse. RETURN Policy We are confident in our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify us. Then simply send the item back within 14 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. We will pay the shipping costs to mail the newly exchanged product(s) as a one-time courtesy (Domestic U.S. only). All returns must meet the following conditions: Must not be removed from the security zip ties, hair has not been installed, colored, cut, or altered. Must be within 14 days from the delivery date.
