Houston Hair Company, formerly Custom Hair Studio, in 2014. Over the years our experience as stylists and extension technicians has formed into the specialized technique it is today. Testing different methods of preparation to application with feedback directly from our clients, we have formulated the perfect balance for a flawless application. The method for applying the keratin bond to the individual strands, provides a seamless application, and formulating the correct process for customized color, will give you a beautiful finished look that you can trust.

Beautiful, thick bundles of human hair are abundant in Europe. With a genetically enhanced density and a healthy radiance, European hair is as diverse as its culture. Depending on the region, a selection of straight, body wave or curly hair is available from our distributors. Our hair offers a variation of textures that create a soft and natural blend to compliment your existing shape, or add volume and length. Virgin grade Indian hair allows for a minimal treatment process and prevents the strands from breaking down and weakening.

What is remy hair?

Our hair is hand selected by our Principal Stylist and is the highest grade of genuine human hair. Our particular grade of Remy hair is the preferred choice among professionals. This attention to detail ensures that our hair extensions are soft, lightweight and provides unlimited shades of color for you to choose from.

WHAT DOES REMY HUMAN HAIR MEAN?
Remy hair is considered to be the finest quality of human hair because the hair remains soft, vibrant and withstands daily shampooing, the use of styling tools and products. The cuticle is smoothed with a specialized treatment and remains intact, unlike in most other non-Remy hair extensions. The treatment process for a lower grade product does not shield the outer layer, and without that essential extra step, the cuticle deteriorates. Ultimately leaving the cortex compromised and its outer layer frayed and stripped. If you have had experience with extensions or wigs where the hair easily tangled and difficult to maintain, then it was most likely a lower grade of hair. With preserving the hair's cuticle it sets the foundation for a natural, lightweight installation and your stylist the ability to customize your color to achieve beautiful results. Providing you with hair that remains silky, touchably soft, and completely tangle-free throughout its lifetime.
We developed a one of a kind technique for our clients. We carefully sort the hair by hand to craft each strand and bond them together with a fortified Italian keratin. This perfected method for preparing our hair extensions guarantees that they are balanced and consistent in length to carefully build each layer during your installation.

Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive two important emails:

a confirmation e-mail once your order is received, and
a second e-mail with your order's tracking number once your order ships.

Please verify the address provided is true and correct, or processing and shipping may be delayed an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage our customers to review their shipping and billing information prior to finalizing their order to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

That’s why we pre-wash and triple quality inspect each and every item that leaves our warehouse.

RETURN Policy
We are confident in our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify us. Then simply send the item back within 14 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. We will pay the shipping costs to mail the newly exchanged product(s) as a one-time courtesy (Domestic U.S. only).

All returns must meet the following conditions:
Must not be removed from the security zip ties, hair has not been installed, colored, cut, or altered. Must be within 14 days from the delivery date. Please allow 72 hours upon receipt for your returned item(s) to be inspected. Refunds can take up to 3 business days to be processed.
